HOUSE RULES
1- Reservations: Must be done 48 hours in advance.
2- Cancellations: We understand things happen, however all cancellations are subject to 25% fee .
If cancelled within 48 hours of reservation, a 50% fee will be applied.
If cancelled within 24 hours, no refund will be issued.
3- Deliveries: Deliveries only available on 2 day rentals or longer.
4- Returns: Please return scooters in a respectable condition. Dirty/damaged scooters will be assessed a fee.
5- Refunds: Please let me know if there is an issue with scooter when picking up or upon delivery.
Otherwise customers assume responsibility. No refunds given for returning scooter at an earlier date.
6- Discounts: We often provide discounts/promotions to help you save some money. However, we can't combine promotions and discounts, so choose what best works for you.
